Last month, we put ADVOCACY IN ACTION, exploring ways each of us can help move Bill forward – contacting elected officials, attending town halls, and sharing information. But there’s another important way to make your voice heard: VOTE!

Remember - our Legislative Program is nonpartisan. We don’t tell anyone who to vote for. We encourage members to BE INFORMED, BE ENGAGED, and participate in the process.

OKLAHOMA VOTER PORTAL

Verify your registration, find your polling place, view your precinct’s sample ballot, or begin the voter-registration process.

Before casting your ballot, do your homework. Review your sample ballot and research the candidates and issues. Consider candidates’ stated positions and records on issues affecting.

Here are few research resources (not endorsed nor definitive):

Remember our POWER OF ONE. One member can register a voter, share reliable information, encourage someone to research the issues or remind a friend to cast a ballot. Imagine what happens when every Auxiliary member does just ONE of those things.

And I hope to see many of you at Fall Fest, October 9-11! You might even catch a glimpse of Bill or receive some swag! Our time together is a great opportunity to learn, share and get energized for the months ahead!

Don’t forget to REPORT! Voter registration, sharing nonpartisan election information, Action Corps participation or other Legislate activities count. You work hard, and we want to know about it!

Together, let’s use the POWER OF ONE to keep Bill moving while SERVING AMERICA'S HEROES and ensuring the voices of

Oklahoma’s veterans are heard – from the ballot box all the way to Capitol Hill.
