Observe, Mentor & Revitalize

I will be working closely with our Department President and officers to ensure that we have a year to remember. The goal is to have a monthly update, so that any Auxiliary and District President who needs aid or information will have someone to call.

This is the thime to OBSERVE the Auxiliary and offer MENTORING. The President will select the member or team that best fits. This is REVITALIZATION at its peak.

The Auxiliary can be put on suspension as a time to step back and regroup. Suspension simply means there is some work to do to get the Auxiilary where it needs to be. The hope is that the Auxiliary will recover and come back stronger and better than before.

Please know that being placed on suspension is not negative. It is not labeling your Auxiliary as a "bad Auxiliary." It simply means some work needs to be done to get yoru Auxiliary where it needs to be. A team appointed by the Department President to mentor, educate, and listen will help bring your Auxiliary back to health.

Cancellations can only be made by the National President, with or without the recommendations of the Department President.
